PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services on the agreed date, time, and location.
The session includes:
• A photoshoot at the specified time and place.
• Professional selection and editing of the best images.
• Digital delivery of final photos within the standard turnaround time.

Delivery time may vary slightly due to workload, lighting, or technical circumstances. Minor delays do not constitute a breach of agreement.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the session date.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.
• Final images will not be delivered until full payment is received.

Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once the session has taken place. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Submitting the deposit confirms that the Client has read and agrees to all terms of this Agreement.

3. NUMBER OF IMAGES & SELECTION

The number of final edited photos corresponds to the selected package.
The Photographer will select and edit the best images at her professional discretion.

The Client will not receive all unedited images and may not request replacements or reshoots of delivered photos.

4. RAW FILES

RAW or unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.
Only the final, professionally edited images in the Photographer’s signature style are delivered to the Client.

5. IMAGE STORAGE

The final online gallery will remain available for 6 months from the date of delivery.
After this period, files may be permanently deleted.

6. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

If the Client needs to reschedule, they must notify the Photographer no later than one day before the scheduled session.
In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the session will be moved to the next available date.
The deposit remains non-refundable in all cancellation cases.

7. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

The Client agrees to maintain professional and respectful communication with the Photographer — in person, by email, or via text.
Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate language will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

A positive attitude and cooperation during the session help ensure the best possible results.

8. CHILDREN & COOPERATION

The Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative behavior, crying, or distraction of children during the session.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety.
No reshoots or refunds will be provided for lack of cooperation.

9. OUTDOOR CONDITIONS

Outdoor sessions may involve natural elements such as wind, uneven ground, insects, or changes in weather.
The Photographer is not responsible for discomfort, bites, or allergic reactions.
Clients are encouraged to take necessary precautions (e.g., insect repellent, comfortable shoes, or clothing).

10. ARTISTIC STYLE & CREATIVE JUDGMENT

The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer’s work and artistic style.
All images are edited according to the Photographer’s creative vision, including tone, lighting, and composition.

Specific poses, lighting, or editing styles are not guaranteed.
No reshoots or refunds will be issued based on personal preference.

11. FINAL SELECTION

All final selections and edits are made at the Photographer’s discretion.
The Client may not request RAW files, alternate edits, or re-edits after the final gallery is delivered.

12. LATE ARRIVAL & MISSED SESSION

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If the Client arrives late, the lost time will not be added or refunded.

13. LIABILITY

The Photographer is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or any incidents that may occur during the session.
The Client agrees to release the Photographer from any claims or damages resulting from participation in the photoshoot.

14. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The Photographer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior or communication is deemed disrespectful, inappropriate, or unreasonable.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disagreements through communication or mediation before taking legal action.
